An Account that has recorded no login or financial activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. Where a Wager has been accepted due to a manifest error in pricing, market description or event information, the Operator reserves the right to void the Wager and return the staked amount to the User's Account. A manifest error is defined as an error so obvious that a reasonable person would have recognised the pricing or information as incorrect at the time of placing the Wager.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to additional latency risk. The Operator does not guarantee that in-play prices reflect the real-time state of the event at the precise moment a Wager is placed. Wagers placed during or immediately after a scoring event or significant game incident may be voided if the Operator determines that the price was materially outdated at the time of acceptance.
Once a Wager has been settled by the Operator, the result is final subject only to a formal dispute resolution process initiated within seven (7) calendar days of settlement. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Upon Account closure, your access to the platform will be terminated immediately.
